Supercharged Sandbag

Looking for an intense full body workout? Sandbag workout is your answer. You will have to work harder to control the consistently moving mass that makes up the sandbag. Test your strength, endurance and cardiovascular abilities while torching calories.

Class will begin Tuesday October 6th at 6pm.

**Because of COVID restrictions, class size is limited to four people.
